FAQ
Log in to your account using your credentials. Once logged in, click on Dashboard or My Courses in the main navigation menu to view all active courses you are enrolled in. If a course is missing, please contact your course instructor or the IT helpdesk.
Click on the Lost password? link on the login page, enter your registered username or email address, and check your inbox for reset instructions. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, contact system support.
Yes! Our portal is fully responsive on mobile web browsers. You can also download the official Moodle Mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and enter our site URL to access your courses on the go.
Navigate to your course, click on the specific Assignment activity, and click the Add submission button. Upload your file or type your response, then click Save changes. Ensure you receive an on-screen confirmation.
To check your grades, open your course and select Grades from the course navigation menu (or user menu at the top right). You will see a detailed breakdown of your scores, teacher feedback, and overall progress.
Moodle automatically saves your quiz answers periodically. Reconnect to the internet and log back into the portal immediately to resume your attempt. If your time expires, reach out to your instructor with details of the disruption.
Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner and select Profile. Click Edit profile to update your photo, email display settings, or personal description, then click Update profile at the bottom.
Go to your user menu at the top right, select Preferences, and click Notification preferences. From there, you can customize which alerts (forum posts, assignment reminders, messages) you receive via email or web notification.
First, try clearing your browser cache or switching to an updated browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If the issue persists, submit a request to the IT Helpdesk or email support with a screenshot of the error and the course URL.
If your upload fails, check that your file size does not exceed the course limit (typically listed above the upload box). If your file is too large, try converting documents to PDF or compressing large image files before re-uploading.
